Community mourns after sudden death of Eastern Iowan priest and immigrant rights advocate

To the people who knew him, Trevi'o was more than a religious leader. He was involved in his community, attending public events and supporting local sports teams, including the West Liberty High School soccer team, for which Francisco Pedro's grandson, Pascual Pedro, played throughout his high school career. The nonprofit's board of directors announced Ball's promotion in a Tuesday news release following a multi-month search to replace former director Clint Twedt-Ball, Matthew 25 co-founder and brother to Courtney Ball.
